Location was fantastic, waking up with the mountains outside your window is breathtaking. The room was clean, breakfast exceptional and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a VERY memorable experience. The walk from the railway station to hotel on arrival with bags was challenging, however, if you telephone on arrival a shuttle bus service is available for 5 francs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gletscherblick and will definitely recommend it to family and friends in Australia.

Stylish and well considered contemporary design in a well appointed hotel. The staff are young but knowledgeable (one of the owners is a sommelier and regaled us with fabulous local Swiss wines) The food is just superb- breakfasts had a good variety of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, Swiss yoghurts and bircher, breads and croissants etc or cooked to order. Dinner was superb- we tried the 3 course tasting menu which was sublime. If we could have afforded it we would have eaten there every night! Location was ideal just out of the main village of Grindelwald, so quieter, yet only a five minute stroll into the centre- plus the buses stop right outside. The best views of the glacier and the Eiger and Wetterhorn opposite!- absolutely stunning views!! We loved it very much!

The hosts are fenomenal, very friendly and helpful, the food (dinner in restaurant and breakfast basket) is fantastic. Location is amazing, we drove and went skiing and being able to put on the skis outside of.your accommodation and start skiing was amazing.

We love this hotel! The place looks modern, new and clean. The room was rather spacious and comes with a nice balcony which faces the Eiger (super recommend to book this view!). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was decent.

The property is in pristine and high-quality condition. A lift from the ground floor eliminates all the hard work with ski gear and suitcases and the hostess, Anna could not be more helpful. Four bedrooms with a fifth possible by converting a small room downstairs. Space in the living area is wonderful! Local bus services nearby.

The amazing views from the living room were the best. Also the design of the apartment in the traditional, wooden chalet style but in a contemporary way was perfect. When you come home after a skiing day, you can make a fire to complete the mountain feeling. I will never forget these holidays in such a beautiful place. Sure we will come back.
