The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. We love the coin laundry as well. Simply sum up, it's perfect!

To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Grindelwald First cable car. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. However, the true highlight of this place is the incredible staff. I wish I knew the names of all the wonderful people who work here. The owner’s cousin, in particular, was exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure we were enjoying ourselves whenever she saw us in the hotel or restaurant. You really felt well cared for. The owner and other staff members also showed genuine interest in our stay and were exceptionally friendly and kind. I 100% recommend this place!

I've been to 6 hotels during this trip and Arenas resort was definately the best of them. Clean. Super comfy beds, warm room despite the cold weather in Wengen. Great view from the hotel room. Great breakfast.
