Lovely apartment right in the middle of the valley, and super close to the bus stop! It is just a few minutes walk to the Staubbach Waterfall. Really loved the apartment as it is equipped with the essentials and so much more! So sweet of Reka and Gabor to have kept little sweet treat around the apartment! The Patio was really nice to lounge at in the evening just looking at the lovely mountains around us! Reka was really responsive (even though being on a holiday herself) and helpful and even let us do an early check in at our request. Loved everything about the apartment, and will definitely come and stay again on our next visit to Lauterbrunnen! Thanks Reka and Gabor for making our stay ever so special!

location and staff are perfect, they show very lovely hospitality mindset. i forgot my Prada bag ( with cash and value more than 3000 euro) at the lobby during my trip to Zermatt and have to wait for one night to return to the hotel. staffs kept all of my belonging in a very good condition and kind enough to put my bag at the train station locker due to that day hotel was closed. they even have to pay additional deposit fee for my bag. i would stay here again if I have a chance to visit interlaken next time. location is just right in front the bus station with free interlaken pass that let me enjoy free shuttle service from hotel to interlaken city. highly recommended!!!

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Our room had stunning views of both the mountains and the river, which was a wonderful highlight. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, providing a great start to each day. Exceptional location next to the train station and within walking distance of the town center, but still a very quiet and peaceful place. Convenient accommodation for visiting the surrounding towns of Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Murren, Wengen, Brienz...etc. Across the street is a Coop supermarket. Well organized and very clean hostel. Breakfast is excellent, rich and varied. Highly recommend, for visiting the Berner Oberland region. Iwould stay here again.
