I liked the fact when we arrived the staff was able to take our luggage and take us to the 28 floor for our reservation. We stayed at club 80 suite. It was a phenomenal experience and breathtaking views of Hong Kong city.

Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of dishes from different cuisine. The staff were very attentive. The view of Hong Kong Island and mainly Kowloon skyline was great. A wonderful location, spectacular views, and beautifully appointed and comfortable room. Love the water filter to reduce single use plastic! Great initiative. The restaurants were excellent with very generous service. The bar had a brilliant idea with smelling the signature cocktails! Unique and fun! Loved the room and breakfast. They knew i was travelling with an infant and without me asking provided the room with baby bath, bottle warmer and bottle steriliser! Was pleasantly surprised. We upgraded our room so that was excellent and the views spectacular. Breakfast was also worth waking up for!
