Didn't actually have breakfast at the hotel - but did use the cafe there which was good; Location ideal ( As main reason for visit was to visit mum in St JOSEPH'S Hosp- and don't have car - therefore Use Hotel as my base - as on previous occasions; Staff very helpful/ accommodating ;

The kind and helpful staff went to great lengths to help me when we needed to sort out getting a lost wallet from Scotland. They helped me search for options and then helped me to book another night to sort things through. They were just amazing. The room was a comfortable refuge while we sorted out what to do. Lovely room in a fabulous house. The service was great and the friendly hosts were great to chat to. Very nice breakfast with a good variety of options.

So grateful to the front of house who checked me in. He was a very kind and understanding young man. He rang up to see if there was a room ready so I could be checked in a few hours earlier. Luckily there was and this allowed me be able to shower after my flight and get changed and dressed for a wedding due at 1pm. A godsend really! The accommodation was clean and tidy. And the breakfast was great. The location was perfect on arrival from the airport. Would definitely return again.
