We can only agree with the other very positive reviews. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team! The staff is super kind, the view is spectacular, the food is great and the hotel offers plenty of activities for all types of guests! The room was very comfy, again with a fantastic view. The garden is pretty too! It’s an immersion in mountain culture with all the comforts. It even has a spa! We also enjoyed the tea plantation guided tour with Rajan.

Truly very kind hosts who wanted to ensure we were having a great holiday. Abin gave us all the right recommendations depending on our taste. The room was big and comfortable, and the garden was full of flowers and tropical trees. The food that the hosts made for us was really tasty and much of it came from their own garden. It's like coming home to family!

My first direct contact with India was with Joe and his lovely home and my standards are now very high. My jaw dropped when I saw the view from the balcony. Next, I was impressed by the beautiful room, the art infused home, warm smiles while breakfast was being served, very good food cooked inhouse. All activities run smoothly, like a well oiled machine, and Joe is the magician. I wished I stayed longer, to talk more and meet the family. Till next time!

We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Definitely planning to come back again.
