Matsumoto Jujo had the best hospitable staff that made me feel at home during my stay. they really take their time in explaining things to me, even during my course dinner, which made me learn more things about the city because of the ingredients they used in their dishes. The way they served you never felt transactional; it made me feel at ease with my stay and yearning to go back because of how nice everything was prepared for me.

The staff was lovely, we had dinner at the restaurant there- indian style, and it was delicious! The owner made everything to order and we had a great time. Atsu was so nice and welcoming! Relatively close to Matsumoto and Nagano, but great if you look for a peaceful and quiet location

The experience at the reception check-in was really nice. The young lady who took me and my husband in made us feel welcome. The room had everything one might need for a few nights. We only stayed for one and at a discounted price, but would definitely book again!
