I loved the Fujiya so much that I thought to myself “next time you come to Japan, you’re spending your entire stay there”. This was the first time I was traveling solo, so obviously some blunders were expected—the worst of which was me forgetting my backpack on the bus! I was near tears, because I can’t speak a word of Japanese, but the receptionist at Fujiya quickly helped me call the bus company and located the bag! The concierge then arranged for a taxi to take me to and from the station to retrieve it on the same day. I was honestly amazed at the service and how kind all the staff were. The room itself was stunning. Mine was in the Forest Wing, overlooking the forest side of the hotel (which made for a stunning view to wake up to!). But although the room and en suite bath were absolutely lovely, the star of the show was definitely the Onsen. I tried both the breakfasts (Western and Japanese) at The Main Dining Room and Kikka-So, and the staff in both were so attentive when I informed them I couldn’t have pork or alcohol. It’s always something I’m hesitant to bring up at hotels, but they honestly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and I couldn’t be more grateful for that! All in all, would give more than 10 stars if I could.

The hotel service and its staff provides a professional and very courtesies service. The twin suite room was spacious and large. The in room private hot spring also amazing. Western breakfast was ok. Mr. Kaito from F&B was very helpful and extremely nice during breakfast. Shuttle bus from and to Odawara station provides by the hotel also ver convenience. Overall this hotel provides a luxury and best hospitality services.

The hotel was very clean and the service staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that they encouraged guests to roam around the property in the yukatas provided. My parents are vegan and the hotel was able to accommodate to their dietary requirements very well, the menu consisted a good range and the food tasted great. Although the hotel is located a short walk from Nakagora station, I appreciated the shuttle service when we arrived and departed with our cumbersome luggages.

Nice and helpful staff. Modern room, All Well equipped. Love the morning walk in the garden with a cup of hot coffee, very purifying. Love the onsen! U can also get the free Yunessun on the check out day. Self service luggage storage after check out, it’s convenient. Transportation is convenient too! Bus stop just nearby. Frequent bus schedule to the train station, tourist spots and the outlet! Definitely will come back!
