The staff are incredible friendly. No English was spoken which isn't an issue but my internet was getting delivered to the hotel so we struggled until we had this for Google translate but the staff really tried to help us. The location was good for us for where we was to meet our tour guide for 3 days but otherwise would be out of the way. The view was nice. The staff rang to pre-book a taxi for us.

The design of the hotel and the rooms were very contemporary and sleek. The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

Host was very friendly and thoughtful. She gave us a warm greeting at the start and also supplied us with plentiful snacks, drinks and food souvenirs. Loved the onsen and how spacious everything was.

It is a standard hotel. There are many amenities. Spacious room suitable for two people. Hotel near Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade. and near the tram station. Including the SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto bus station. I recommend this hotel. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.
