We spend 2 nights in this very special hotel. The host is charismatic persone, it was a big pleasure to speak with him. He build the rooms around a three - the fantastic artwork. The hotel is close to the Yale park, many animals come but it is safe and quiet. The food was beter than excellent. The host organized for us 5 hrs safari in Yale park. One evening he showed us the prayers in Kateragama temples - fantastic. Last day he drove us to the bus station free of charge. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional Staff. Manager Dilran, Receptionist Raveesha, Indika Restaurant Supervisor and other support staff including the tea-making restaurant staff worker Fonseka were great. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.

Great service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They picked us up at the bus station for free when it was heavy raining. They showed us crocodiles, birds, fruit bats and buffalos around the area again for free. So, when you need to go somewhere they will get you there. We also played carrom with the staff. Thank you Shamyka and Hansi!

This place is amazing! Bungalows in the trees with calm terraces and shadow. Beautiful garden where you can see different animals. I would totally recommend this place and the host is very friendly and helped us a lot.

The house is located in a beautiful garden. Close to the lake and the restaurant. The owners are very nice, they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us at 04:30 on safari. The cottage is spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower is fine, and the water is warm (but only on sunny days) breakfast very good although it could be more varied

The service. It was fantastic and better than some 5 star hotels. Sanjeewa and his aunt went out of the way to take care of me and my family and prepared some delicious authentic Srilankan food as lunch and breakfast. The property itself is so well kept and faces the rice paddy field. We also booked the safari through them and got to see so many animals. Because we traveled with out 80 yr old grandma, they were extra careful which really helped. If we visit again, we will surely only stay at this Guest house.

The hotel was very well designed and the amenities were excellent. Specific call out to the main restaurant where we had great service from the staff & chef (Jerome) and delicious meals catered to our taste. Being in the forest, it was a lovely experience to walk around the compound and wake up to the sight of animals within the vicinity (e.g. monkeys or squirrels in the morning). Would highly recommend this resort for visitors looking to do a safari at Yala National Park.
