I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the region (it’s just a few kilometers from Imlil). The rooms are clean and radiate the atmosphere of the mountains—colors, wood, Berber carpets… And then there’s the view from the room—simply breathtaking! This village and its surroundings are truly magical. At first, the owner seemed a bit reserved and distant, but he turned out to be incredibly charming. Since it was Ramadan and all the restaurants were closed, he went with us to the store, prepared a kind of oatmeal for us, and even lit the fire. It ended up being the simplest evening of our trip (the electricity even went out 🙂), but far from the least cozy! I will definitely come back here. Next time, we hope to climb Toubkal with him, as he also turns out to be an excellent guide. Highly recommended!

The hospitaly of Mohammed. We ask for dinner because we expected to arrive at night, but we have lost on the way and finally arrived very late (almost 1am). Despite this, he waited and even prepared dinner for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Location is great as it is higher up to start the hike to Toubkal. The hosts were super helpful with all the questions and let us park the car for 2 days until we came back. Super clean, nice, beautiful views out the window.

Amazing experience in Saida’s home! saida and her family welcomed us with open arms into their house. authentic place, great food and super interesting to learn the Berber culture and their way of living. My stay here was great. The gite is along the main road and very easy to find It is also just around the corner from the lake, coffee shops and shops. The terrace has great views. The WiFi works well. It was very clean, had a nice view from the room, a garden, nice salon, hot showers and comfortable bed. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. Great value for money. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, the views and view from our terrace were amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious everyday and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and super helpful over our stay.

Terres d’Amanar is located in the Hight Atlas Mountain, at 1200 metres high near the natural reserve and 30 kilometres from Marrakech.

Our stay in the Toubkal Garden Hotel was really great! Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the view from our balcony or the Terrasse was absolutely stunning. Jamal and Heimsa took amazing care of us and were so nice and helpful! We always had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was so delicious. Also, you came start hiking straight from the hotel, and imlil is as well not far away. Overall, we had a really great time and can totally recommend it!

Our overnight stay here was the highlight of our trip to Morocco! It’s truly a unique and beautiful experience. The location and views by themselves are breathtaking but Lahcen and his family go above and beyond with their kindness and generous hospitality to make everything about the stay one you’ll never forget. All the food was exceptional, and it was no problem us both being vegan. We had a very fun cooking lesson with the family in the evening, including being surprised with a couple of beautiful traditional Berber outfits. The next morning, after a breakfast watching the sunrise we were given directions for a pretty walk through the village and orchards to the waterfall before being met back in Imlil with our luggage for the taxi back. If you want an amazing trip to Morocco then staying at the Authentic Toubkal Lodge is a must. There are also a couple of very cute cats! Thank you especially to Abdul for everything :) tanmirt!
