Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

The moment we entered man who greet us introduced the place as second home and we really felt like it that way. The place it self is amazing - clean, green and beautifull. It lies in the suburbs of the town but it makes the place very quiet and cosy. During the night there is perfect visibility of stars in the sky. The employees intorduced us to their culture while sitting by a fire in the night. Restaurant serves amazing food and provided everything we needed and more. We will come back for sure

Nice concept of a modern stylish walled "castle", well fitted into local landscape. Stayed in February and had no problems at all. Hot water, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and a sky full of stars at night.

It's by far the most stylish and beautiful riad we've stayed at. Every single room is like a piece of art. Breakfast at the rooftop terrace is nice and Rashid is very friendly and welcoming host. He even gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room because we were the only guests that night. I don't understand the comments from some who say it's difficult to find, just follow Google Maps and it takes you there easily. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the decor was absolutely stunning—elegant yet cozy, with a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan style and modern touches. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived super late at 22:30 , and they even made dinner for us. Because we were stuck in the Atlas in 30cm of snow. We keep good contact with each other , so they know what time we will arrive. They even organise a private taxi for us to see some beautiful treasures;) super kind people wish I stayed longer than just 10 ours We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene stay in the heart of the Soul
