Amazing location, wonderful views! Free ice cream, coffee and tea were a great extra! Super friendly staff who accommodated every request (calling taxi’s, very early check-out…). Comfortable and nice smelling bed and towels. A more than generous amount of toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap)!

We met our host, Mila, via instant message and WhatsApp and immediately appreciated how responsive and thorough she was. Coordinating the key hand over and the apartment tour was effortless, and her super friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy, and the listing description is spot on. We especially valued the washing machine, dishwasher, and the excellent heating system, which proved its worth during the unexpected snowstorm on 2 October that caught all of Žabljak’s residents off guard. The snowstorm also highlighted the convenience of the underground parking: access is effortless with a remote controlled gate, the space is generous, and the lift takes you directly to the apartment. The Wi Fi is reliable and fast. Beyond the amenities already noted, the apartment supplies toilet paper, a kitchen paper roll, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning cloths, plus a generous selection of tea and coffee that you can enjoy on the pleasant balcony. Just two minutes across the street is the Aroma supermarket and a small shopping arcade where we bought perfect shoes for the snow. The nearby Restaurant Walter served us dinner twice; the simple but excellent food and very friendly staff made each meal enjoyable. During our three night stay at Apartman Orion we enjoyed the residence’s tranquility and friendly atmosphere. A family with three young children lived just outside our door, yet we heard no noise at all anywhere in the building. The young couple gave us a friendly nod whenever we crossed paths, adding a pleasant, personal touch to our visit. Situated at the gate of Durmitor Park, Apartment Orion is an ideal starting point for exploring the area, and it gave us the perfect base from which to discover the park’s breathtaking trails and vistas. We stay here every year, and it is undoubtedly the best hotel by the Black Lake. We always book the top floor room with a fireplace. The views are stunning, and the tranquility is absolute. It is a perfect retreat. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Breakfast is impeccable, and you can always order additional coffee, which is simply superb, along with a delicious omelet. During the colder months, the fireplace is pure magic. I highly recommend this hotel to all family couples. We will definitely return with our whole family.

I highly recommend booking this apartment. It exceeded our wildest expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The apartment offers all possible amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and dishwasher. With 81 square meters, there's plenty of room for up to 6 people. We were also welcomed with a complimentary rakija. The host's English is excellent, and communication was a breeze. The wonderful family that runs the place, especially the amazing host and his delightful sister made our stay truly exceptional.

We stayed at Hotel Rezident as a family with two young children (ages 2 and 4), and our experience was truly wonderful. We were given the Family Deluxe apartment, which impressed us with its spacious layout and elegant, thoughtfully designed interior — every detail felt carefully chosen for both style and comfort. The view from our room overlooking the forest of the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from the town center, yet elevated enough to offer peace, quiet, and stunning scenery. The hosts and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and clearly prepared with care — even our little ones were happily accommodated. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Rezident to anyone looking for a stylish, spacious, and family-friendly place to stay, where you can enjoy both the beauty of nature and the convenience of being close to town.

Cozy apartment and friendly hosts. Although it was windy and cold outside, the temperature inside was perfect. It has a small kitchen, private bathroom provided with gel and shampoo with plenty of towels. Pet friendly apartment. Recommendable 100%

We loved that it was a little bit outside of the town but super quick to drive into town or you could even walk if you like walking. It was peaceful and really felt relaxing to stay there. We also liked cooking and using the fireplace. The owners were also very friendly.

Wonderful spacious apartment. Warm and cozy rooms. There is a boiler in the house, so it is always warm. A clean room, perfect for a large company. Unfortunately, we spent only one night there. The hosts are helpful and friendly. There is a parking space next to the house.
