the owner couldn’t have been nicer ! we arrived very late ( beware of travel times suggested if using booking.com as a guide which seem to use the “as the crow flies” times ) but greeted with welcome . The appt we had was spotless , spacious and had everything we needed . only there for 2 nights so didn’t really use the amazing out food kitchen or the hot tub . loved the location . would happily recommend !

the studio is small, but it has all you need for staying a couple of days. The location is great to explore the Soca Valley. The owner is really nice, he gave us some great recommendations and when he saw that we are traveling with a baby he even gave us a high chair. We recommend this accommodation. Fabulous! Everything was perfect! Location, the garden in the evening having a drink as if we were spectators overlooking the surrounding mountains and the playfull sun, sunset and clouds show, cleanliness, breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, services and kind and helpful staff.

Location was perfect, walking distance from Kobarid and Kozjak Waterfall which is a must. We had both apartments for ourselves which was a plus. There's plenty of parking space, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Host was always helpful and responsive.
