Everything was more then perfect. The breakfast was very delicious. Our landlady was very kind and heart-warmingly friendly to us. She even baked us some welcome cookies and made everything what she could just to make our stay as comfortable as it just could be. For an extra charge we could use the jacuzzi and the sauna what we enjoyed very much.

The location of the hotel is great, it is located near the highway. Plenty of parking spaces, Room equipment corresponds to the photo, we had a very good sleep. Breakfast was very varied and at a reasonable price, we definitely recommend it. The restaurant and its menu, including the pleasant staff, were a very nice surprise. We really liked it here. We stayed here for two nights and I believe it was not the last time.

A wonderful overnight stay in a true haven of nature. We were kindly welcomed by the host, even though we arrived late, after dark. The apartments are nicely furnished, neat and clean, you will find everything you need in them, there is a terace. Peaceful surroundings, picturesque nature, vineyards atound. In the morning we ordered breakfast, which was very delicious, the children enjoyed playing in the playground. We recommend this place and we hope to come back.

Lovely views from the terrace. Quiet surroundings. Around 20 min drive from Maribor. Good value for money. I strongly recommend it if you are around the area.

Close to the main motorway yet located in a quiet area. Good sized room, comfortable bed, well furnished and equipped, with a large bathroom and superb shower. Excellent breakfast. Good parking and wifi coverage. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of places to eat nearby, including an excellent co-located Chinese restaurant.

to be truly honest the hotel is wonderful and in the middle of countryside in very nice location. but if you look at name Bioterme please sure to find very older people into the 08 pools with hot water, I was not disappointed but I would think to be in modern spa that it is but it's more for rehab of old people with all my respect. the hotel is wonderful, the rooms are incredible nice and big and good breakfast.

This is my second time staying at Rooms Kaj & Kaja in Maribor, and it’s just as wonderful as before. The place is cozy, spotless, and really comfortable. It’s the perfect base for exploring Pohorje and the charming villages around. The hosts are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!
