Great location, wifi easy to connect, didn’t have time to experience other facilities but very close to areas where I need to go to including local shopping centres. Great value for money. Very good customer service. No doubt will stay again Has USB ports for charging which I prefer also.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. They even had tvs with modern movies on them and water dispensers on each floor. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a typhoon approaching from the east whilst I was staying and they were really helpful with advice on what will happen and what to do. They helped booked taxis too and gave good food tips. Most of the staff could speak enough English to help without using google translate too. It is in a great location to walk around town and amongst lots of food places. It is a little far from the train station but I’m not sure if there is much happening up there anyway.

I enjoyed the big rooms with terrific views of the city. The rooms are modern and have a great design aesthetic. I loved the rooftop pool and bar area. Perfect for lounging and relaxing. The hotel is also located in the center of Taichung city and next to some interesting tourist sites like Taichung Railway Station, Miyahara and many more. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Taichung and this is probably my favourite so far.

Friendly staff, nice room sizes with comfy bed, nice views of Taichung. No real complaints, was a great place to spend two nights. There were nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Downstairs lounge was nice; we used it as a dining area after ordering delivery.

Just the best place during my 12 days in Taiwan. Taichung always has better accommodation at reasonable price compared to other cities, but this hotel is even better than my other stays previously in Taichung. Great staff that tried hard to communicate and be helpful. Nice looking room with decent facilities (a bidet!! spacious room!) at a great location - central and close to all attractions but not rowdy at all.
