This converted mansion is charming, filled with light, art, plants, and beautiful furniture and details. The staff were welcoming and friendly and really seemed to love working in this special inn. The night we arrived there was live jazz in the outdoor patio bar in the garden - magical! Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We would love to come back, staying here was a special experience.

We have stayed at this hotel for many trips on the way to Toronto, but unfortunately we won't anymore because we have a new dog and they charge a non-refundable $100-$150 dollar pet fee. More than we would like to pay and our dog is definitely going to join us. Too bad. Oh well.

When we arrived parking was easy and quick! We received our room and it happened to be an adjoining room where we could hear every word of the extremely loud guests next door. We immediately went to the front and the incredible, Heather got us sorted out!!! Switched our room to one that didn’t have adjoining doors and SAVED the day! We were driving back 5 hours the next day and really needed a good sleep which we GOT!!!! Thank you again, heather for truly saving the day! Room was super quiet, super clean and very comfortable beds!!!!!
