Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area. Place was clean and homey, close to the gondola and other attractions. Stuff was great, no complaints at all.

A real highlight was the spacious sauna in the basement, complete with a very nice and quiet chill-out room—perfect for unwinding after hours on the slopes. Another great feature is that each apartment has its own dedicated ski room, which made storing and drying our gear a breeze. We also appreciated the daily garbage takeout service and the fresh towels provided halfway through our stay—small details that made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing ski getaway!
