The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our lunch at the hotel and the meals were very sumptuous. The hotel staff right from the reception through to the dinning went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a change of itinerary which the hotel helped us to actualize. Everything about this hotel will always bring us memories of boundless happiness. If my family and I are to travel to Changsha again, this shall be our hotel of choice

Offering garden views, Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park is an accommodation located in Zhangjiajie, 1.3 km from Zixia Taoist Temple and 2 km from Suoxiyu. It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 20 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie Jijiehao Inn features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Would give 11/10 if I could! Special thanks to Sonny and his wife who were lovely. The hostel was kind of empty due to off-season so I was upgraded to a private room free of charge. When I woke up late, I still got my breakfast and all the tickets were booked through by Sonny, super convenient! He also invited me to dinner one night, which was a great experience 😊

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. Anine was the most amazing host and we couldn't have planned our trip without her! We arrived late on our first night and she stayed up with us to book our day trip for the following day and gave us loads of information for our trip and about the hotel. When we returned from our trip, she spent another long amount of time helping us plan our next day trip and managed to book us a private driver so we could squeeze in everything we wanted to do in time. Although Anine speaks a small amount of English, she has an amazing translator which helped us communicate really well. The hotel has washing machines and dryers which are complimentary for guests to use too. It's in a great location and walking distance to loads of shops and malls.

Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. This is an exceptional property, their staff is top class and the only complaint I have is that they are not rated higher. They went above and beyond in their service and more than once their staff (mufeng) gave us advise about our itinerary that saved us a lot of time and money. The property is very well maintained and managed. Has a full fledged gym and washer dryer available for guests to use. Not only you don’t pay hefty hotel laundry charges but the butlers actually help to pick up and deliver your laundry back at room for no charge. Hotel Area is huge, rooms are good sized, with luxurious amenities, Pool is great - cool and clean - my family used it and didn’t mind that it was outdoors. There is a lively environment around the pool as guests sit out late evening chatting and enjoying, it’s good to soak in. Location is perfect - It is very close to national forest park, Grand Canyon, lake Baofeng and yellow dragon caves. Certainly helped save upto an hour in driving. Another thing of note is their spa - exceptional service and quality of massage. It is more pricey than the shops outside but you get what you pay for with outside by road spas. If you want a truly memorable relaxing spa experience this is the one. I had an ear cleaning, a body massage and a foot massage! Breakfast is good, first time I’ve seen pricing based on height / age - very unique. We had lunch and dinner just outside the hotel there are great local cuisine restaurants. They had a check in gift for kids which my son loved getting. I can’t fault the property specially after the experience I had at another property in same town! They helped me out with translation and support when I needed it most! Pls don’t get fooled by some other 9.9 rated properties in the area, read your reviews carefully and go with brand name properties. I chose Hilton and honestly felt I was at a world class property living up to the Hilton brand name!
