They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

I was sick and needed some medicine, Eduardo, the host, went to the pharmacy in person to get the medicine and even paid from his own pocket. I obviously refunded the money but still, that was something else. No doubt I will stay at this hotel during my next trip. PS. My fiancee and in-laws also loved the place and specially the service.

The team literally took care of everything for us from booking day trips, arranging and providing transport and delivering our meals. Manuela made us feel very relaxed and just handled everything with a calm and confident demeanour taking away any element of stress during our stay. We also booked massages at the cabin which we which we highly recommend. Absolutely anything we wanted or needed was taken care of in an instant. The breakfasts are also delicious, everything is homemade and very fresh. All our transport was taken care of making it so easy to get around even though it is a remote location. We can genuinely say we were looked after from the moment we arrived to reaching the airport when we left.
