I loved the terrace and was super happy that the kitchen had a coffee machine! Top quality appliances and was indeed a luxurious apartment as it says in the name :)

Located in the centre of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. Breakfast was great - quite a lot of things to choose from, our kids also enjyed, however they are very picky of food in general :) Location is great - heart of the city and everything You need is very close - restaurants, place of atractions, river, shopping malls etc.
