Situated in Piraeus, 1.9 km from Votsalakia Beach, Athenarum Portus Life & Style Hotel features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. I chose this hotel for its closeness to the port for our upcoming cruise and it was great value for the money!!! We ended up staying four nights here and were really happy that we chose to stay here instead of in town. It cost 10 Euros to get to the cruise port. The staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, assistance, conversation and genuine smiles. They made you feel valued and went out of their way to assist, advise and chat. The reception staff spoke excellent English - special mention to Nagia, Anna and Adonis in reception and especially Vagelis who made us feel valued. They are excellent ambassadors for the hotel. Even the cleaning lady had fun banter and we enjoyed our stay here. The area surprised us with the many eating options, whether for a coffee, snacks or dining. Even a 24 hour bakery. The hotel has a good breakfast and a fantastic restaurant attached where we dined our first evening. A good ten minute walk to the bus stop of the Athens Hop On Hop Off Bus as well. We bought a 48 hour ticket so one day we did the Athens city tour, and the next day the Riviera tour. Nearby there is also shopping and a buzzing, cosmopolitan eating area along the water - which the staff would be happy to show you. The hotel has a lovely foyer and sitting area outside. It is a little oasis in the port of Piraeus and I happily recommend this property.

Attractively located in the centre of Piraeus, Mitsis N'U Piraeus Port features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. The Staff at Mitsis were super friendly and always willing to help. They really made our stay super comfortable. The food from their restaurant was absolutely incredible.If you're catching a ferry from the Port of Piraeus, this hotel is a short walk from there. Easy access to all port gates.

Well situated in the centre of Athens, Okupa offers air-conditioned rooms, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. I stayed in the hostel. Besides sleeping with others, the cleanliness and whole experience was at nice hotel level. I felt like I got the hotel experience with hostel prices. They also have amazing communal spaces like in a hostel. There is a co-working space, a rooftop pool, and a kitchen. I would come back again anytime.

CUBES ON THE BEACH Athens Airport, a property with a garden, is set in Artemida, 500 metres from 3rd Vravrona Beach, 7 km from Metropolitan Expo, as well as 12 km from McArthurGlen Athens. Its very new and modern, very comfh bed and it was ideal for staying before leaving for the airport! Nice waking up with an ocean view!

NLH Mati Seafront - Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Mati. Very relaxing place to stay before flying out from Athens. Nice pool and little beach. Delicious buffet dinner and breakfast. Kind staff. Clean rooms, spacious, sea view. Our 4-year-old son loved it and we had a relaxing time together.

Located in Kolonaki and housed in the former Canadian Embassy, within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall, The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant. We stayed at The Modernist Athens for our last night in the city, and it was such a beautiful experience. The hotel has a very modern style design, and everything felt clean, classy, and stylish. Our Large Room was spacious and came with two balconies – such a treat! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool (very fast as well). I enjoyed the views from our balcony. The location is fantastic – right next to a lovely park, close to several embassies, boutiques, restaurants, and cafe’s. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful – a great way to start the day. The shower and bathroom in general was perfect and overall, the stay felt like a chic little retreat in the heart of Athens. It was honestly the perfect way to wrap up our two-week trip in Greece. All in all, though, it was a stylish, and comfortable stay – I’d happily return!
