It was peaceful, and the little balcony overlooking the street was lovely. Big thanks to Vana at reception for being so helpful and great at keeping in touch. We’re already looking forward to coming back to the area and will definitely stay at The Nest again.

Really nice and good people are running the place. They gave us a better room with fireplace for our first stay as we asked because we found out that was available without increasing the price.

Situated in Volos, 2.6 km from Anavros Beach, Magnes Hotel features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Very good hotel, the staff very nice and polite. Many thanks to Elias (the night receptionist) The only bad point is the pool and sauna time, 11-20h. If you want to go to see the city, you will not have time to enjoy these facility due to the later opening time.

Hotel Karagianni is located just 10 metres from Alykes Beach and 6 km from Volos City. It offers accommodation with a TV and it has a stone-paved courtyard with a shaded seating area. We arrived late at night to be VERY kindly greeted by the owners of the hotel who helped us to park (easy large lot across the street), to get our bags to our rooms and settle in. The beach and a lively restaurant scene was just a block away. Our room had a lovely terrace with a view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This was the perfect stay for our family. The family/owners were so lovely and kind. We highly recommend this Hotel.

Boasting a shared lounge, terrace and views of sea, Hotel Eleana is set in Agios Ioannis Pelio, 90 metres from Agios Ioannis Beach. We stayed at Hotel Eleana as two guests and had a fantastic experience! The room was very comfortable, spotless, and well equipped. The garden is beautifully kept and a lovely place to relax, and the location is excellent! What really makes this hotel special, though, are the hosts. They are incredibly warm and attentive, taking care of every detail and making us feel truly welcome. You can sense the pride and family-like effort behind the whole place, and that creates such a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want both comfort and genuine hospitality!
