Staff was super helpful they booked for us rest reservations and helped with anything we needed. breakfast was good and they have a bar/restaurant at all times. the room was nice and clean. We rented a small car so enjoyed hanging out in the quiet hotel outside the touristy areas , and driving to visit other villages/beaches/ rest when we wanted. Highly recommend

You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Set on Santorini's northeastern coast only 3.2km away from Fira and 5.4km away from the airport, Magma Resort Santorini stands as the inaugural property of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in Greece. Wow. Everything about this resort was amazing. The staff were all attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. They had a great variety for the buffet breakfast and the all day menu was also divine. They also offer free shuttle services into Fira which was great - we then could catch the local bus for 2 euro’s to go to Oia. We were upgraded to the king room with a private pool but we still spent most of our time by the infinity pool. We will definitely be back!

The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. They helped us organize a private transfer to and from the airport, get us a rental car delivered directly to the hotel. Helped with carrying the luggage to the transfer from the hotel. The breakfast was nice, not much to choose from but the extra dishses they can make on demand are great. If you're staying for 2-3 nights the food selection will be okay. The staff was also really accomodating providing us an early check-in since the room was already ready on the day of our arrival.

The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, and more. The room was incredible, fully equipped with everything you could possibly imagine-and then some. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back. See you soon!

Featuring garden views, Aelia Luxury Suites features accommodation with patio, around 2.3 km from Karterados Beach. With pool views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. We loved the cave like bedrooms located on the second level. The hot tub was nice on the roof. The restaurant on site was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included and had many options. We ate dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was delicious and the staff provided friendly and excellent service. Lovely pool and hot tubs in the common area of the hotel.

Featuring a terrace, Eternity Suites Santorini is set in the centre of Fira, 2.8 km from Exo Gialos Beach. Unique cave hotel room concept. It was a short walk from the town only about 10 mins. The staff was great and helpful and took care of us arranging for taxis and tours. My kid loved the jacuzzi in the room and we all used it to unwind at the end of the day.
