Anna Laura was at the check-in, Dennis who was at the door, Carlo at the breakfast restaurant, and the other staff were all helpful and friendly. We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.

The hotel is nice, modern, clean, everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a breakfast and it was nice as well - simple but good. We travelled with 1 year old. It close to the train station however already in nicer neighbourhood. There are some really good restaurants very close by.
