We stayed with a 1 yo baby, who enjoyed the garden and the pool. A comfortable crib was also provided. A great breakfast was freshly made every morning. It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. Situated just 5.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. This is not a resort; it is an apartment in a gated community of condos. The apartment, building and grounds are safe, clean and beautifully maintained. The one bedroom apartment with balcony is comfortable and mostly well equipped, perfect for two people. The large communal pool and surrounding area provide a lovely spot to lounge and relax; we were frequently the only ones making use of it. Within walking distance (5-15 minutes) there are some good restaurants and excellent coffee shops. For groceries Fresh Market sells some basic supplies but for proper grocery shopping “Chedruai” mall has everything you could need. It is a 30 minute walk so be prepared to pay $250MXN for a taxi. (Be sure to negotiate the price before you get into the car). There are no Lumino staff on site but communicating with our concierge was simple and quick (thank-you Stephanie).
