This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

Bishnu (the owner) is absolutely wonderful!! His tours are fantastic!! The walking tour into the jungle is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced! Also I did the Jeep safari with him and it was incredible! I saw at least 20 rhinos during me time there, wild bison, so many different types of deer and monkeys and so many other birds and things. He is so knowledgeable about the plants and the jungle and history of the area! We also talked about how healthy mud huts are. The lodge itself consists of these quant huts with lovely porches where you can read. Mosquito nets over the bed but there seemed to be less mosquitoes here than in Pokhara. I stayed here 4-5 days! It was wonderful!!

Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. The staff were incredibly friendly. It was just a short 5 walk to the river and to the restaurants and shops. They arranged all the tours to the park. Great value and family friendly. Sitting around a campfire at night and talking with other families and travellers was very memorable. We love this place!

Everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and responsive. The food was exceptional. The rooms were well kept and the sunset view was icing on the cake.

Super clean & super spacious rooms with beautiful garden view. Staffs were welcoming & helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I should say I had an amazing experience. Spacious room, delicious nepali dishes and a very comfortable atmosphere with a beautiful garden. Plus staffs are very friendly and fun loving. Better to bring families and friends when u have the stay. I will definitely visit Travellers Jungle camp the next time I come to Nepal.
