We had a 2 night stay here. The attention to detail at Eden's Edge is exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a varied and tasty 'help yourself' and the communal kitchen well-equipped. The laundry room is a helpful addition. Lovely gardens and views and plenty of outdoor seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kaiteriteri Reserve Apartments is set in Kaiteriteri overlooking the golden sand beach. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Our stay at KeiteriTeri Reserve Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The apartments were impeccably clean and modern, with stunning views of the beach right from our windows and balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach, and we'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

Waitapu Springs B&B is set in Takaka and features a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. This 3-star bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. Everything! We didn't expect this place to be so incredible. The hosts are super nice and welcoming, they have a beautiful garden which we enjoyed in the morning. The european breakfast with homemade jams was delicious, and the night spa was surprising. We slept in a cabin room, which was small but we expected it from the images. It was clean and cosy. We highly reccommand it!

Gladstone Motel is a 5 star property in Richmond. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast on request. We stayed here for 3 nights. We didn't arrive until 0100am due to ferry delay but access was fine and the room light left on. Lesley and Mike go that extra mile and made our stay super relaxing and even take care of your laundry so you can spend more time out. Location was great and a few minutes walk from good shops and resturants. Would definately recommend to all.

Patons Rock Beach Villas is a 3-star property located in Takaka. This villa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Beautiful garden and surrounds - we relaxed and spent time in the sun. Offering free WiFi and free on-site bus and car parking, Mohua Motels is located in Takaka. All accommodation offers a patio, fully equipped kitchenette and mountain and garden views. Exceptionally well run motel. The lovely owner/operators just couldn’t do enough for us! The room was spacious and comfortable, and very well appointed. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed.

Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. There is a glow worm cave in the property. The chalet had everything we needed and more, it was comfortable, spacious and cozy. 100% recommend
