Buffet breakfast and lunch were good and it’s right next to a big mall and hypermarket, and a water park for kids. Only 10 mins in the car from the main tourist sites of Nizwa Fort and Souq. All in all, a fab stay!

The location is fantastic to explore the town. The rooftop offers spectacular views and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend staying here and would visit again.
