Really lovely, large room. Excellent conveniences that we didn’t get to fully enjoy e.g. full kitchen. Loved the design of the room re the dressing room area and all the extra space for toiletries etc. Good breakfast!

The Sea Breeze Inn is located in Middletown, 3.4 km from Whitehall Museum House. Free private parking is available on site. Easton's Beach is 645 metres from the property and Newport is 3.8 km away. Breakfast was fantastic. Not like other places where they make it in a steam table or just heat up frozen food. They actually take the time to make you REAL pancakes.

Nice little touches everywhere, pool area clean and a short walk from the beach. Breakfast has pancakes, bagels muffins but all good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful little boutique hotel—beautiful down to the smallest details. The location is perfect for walking to Newport shopping and restaurants. The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.
