When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel .

Once we arrived late in the hotel, the staff helped us with our luggages immediately at the hotel door. And the girl in reception during our stay here is very warm and makes us feel at home :)

The room was so spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and shower had enough hot water. The staff were really friendly and helpful with anything we needed, especially providing us with a heater because we’re not used to the cold. We liked that the location was slightly away from the city center, so although there still was some traffic noise in the morning it was definitely quieter. It’s also just a short 7min taxi ride away from the city center so it was no issue getting around. There’s also lots of good food within walking distance, and a nice little cafe next door that’s good for breakfast. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our 7 night stay, would recommend anyone visiting Dalat to stay here!
