A really lovely guest house with decor to match. Carlos is extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. Breakfast at 6am was not a problem ! Allowing us to leave our luggage well before check-in time was really helpful as well. Being only 6km from Puerto Natales meant that we enjoyed the peace and quiet from the location, but also within walking distance from town to stretch the legs a bit. This was one of the best hotels I ever visited. It has a unique enterieur with a lot of history that they perfectly preserved. The location close to the lake gives you an impressive view from the room we had and the bar and restaurant were breathtaking with a big fire in the cheminee. I haven't seen anything with such an atmosphere before

This is an excellent place to stay to explore Torres del Paine National Park. It is located in a serene area overlooking the beautiful sea and mountains. It is also just a short distance away from the Puerto Natales town center, which has plenty of good restaurants to satisfy your needs for gourmet foods. Javier is an excellent host. He is very customer focus and helped to arrange all the tours we needed to explore Torres del Paine National Park. He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!

Fantastic boutique hotel outside of the busyness of the town (10 min. away by car from bakeries and restaurants). Parking at the hotel and in town was easy. The hotel is new and has beautiful views and homy interior. Our room was spacious and comfortable and with a view 😊. The owner gave us great recommendations. He helped us with all the bookings (car, excursions, restaurants). Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel.
