Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff who truly went out of their way to make me feel at home. The entire team was helpful, smiling, and professional throughout my stay – something I really appreciated. The location is also excellent, with easy access to [e.g. the city center, the beach, public transport – adjust as needed], which made it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and guest satisfaction. This place is amazing, staff is super friendly and it’s great value for money. The bed is very good and comfortable, they also have lockers inside the room and when you arrive they give you shower gel, paper, slippers and tooth brush, which I think it was a very nice detail. Also, Im travelling without a towel and when I asked for one to one of the staff, they gave it to me free of charge. I really liked this place and I recommend it.

The bedroom was massive, with a sofa and a huge window with a view of the river and mountains. The bed were very comfortable and the room is spotless, super clean and has a luxury finish. The shower was great, basically like a small room and there is a smart toilet with cool features. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit are also included. The host was very friendly and available to help at any time. They offer a delicious chinese breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the river.

First of all, this is my second time in zhangjiajie, and this service was the best. The lady from the reception helped us book all tickets to the national park and the tianmen mountain and even took the time to plan a custom itinerary with us. This was the best service I've seen so far. She is also always available on WeChat if questions during our stay arose. The room was really spacious and clean. Unfortunately the door lock didn't work, but you can open it only with the room card anyway. The room was cleaned everyday and bed sheets were made too. We also got fresh water bottles daily (high quality ones). The room features a tea set including dried tee to make traditional gongfu tea, which was awesome. During the night, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really big. I loved the rain shower and the big bathtub. The room also features coat hangers to dry clothes, since the hotel also provides a laundry room with clean and powerful washing machines (which saved us honestly haha). The rain shower is amazing, the temperature was also great. A little downside was that the shower gel was empty, which can easily be requested for refills (we used our own). Apart from that we got vanity kits, tooth brush kits and so on. The hotel's location is amazing. To the tianmen cable car it's a 5 min Didi ride (2 km). To the national park it's 30 min by Didi. There are many restaurants and shops, a pharmacy and supermarket in the vicinity (5 min by foot). And each time we returned, they treated us to tea! I can really recommend this stay and will definitely book it again when I come to zhangjiajie again.

We are from Singapore, on a Free-and-Easy trip to Zhang Jia Jie for the first time. The location of Zhangjiajie Porui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain is good, short walking distance from "72-Storey" Building and also the Tian Men Mountain Cable Car Station. Next street is along the river that offers good site for evening strolls after dinner. The street where it is located is full of eateries that offers value-for-money and delicious hot food and is readily accessible to convenient stalls. The host/staff are very friendly and offers recommendations for efficient ways to enjoy the attractions in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Evening is quiet and offers peaceful nights conducive for sleep.
