I booked a suite with pool view, but we got a fabulous ground floor pool view suite where pool and sand pit are JUST in front of our room!!! The room wasn't flawless but we all enjoyed staying in this resort! Btw, Mr. Mohamed Barakat was really helpful and attentive to us during our stay. I personally loved their welcome cookies 🤣

I wanna start my review about the hotel that first of all should pay attention on the price. Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square. In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry. There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Mr. George, Mr. Mina, Mr. Sayed, Mr. Beshoy, Mr, Armia and all the staff are just amazing. The cleanliness of everything is spectacular. The restaurant offers a variety of options to choose from. Everything was perfect, we would definitely repeat the visit.

Really much appreciate this stay because of manager Mina. Firstly I was so disappointed about the performance of front desk lady who is really not qualified as four seasons standard. However Mina totally changed its profile. Warm and patient with this stay of my friends birthday. Sorry for late comment but I have to say that.
