The location was good, nice calm street to unload and load our luggage. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated with some very comfortable bedding which made our rest wholesome. The amenities were great, we had access to a washing machine, hob and oven. Definitely felt at home.The hosts responded quickly and were extremely friendly. The bathroom and shower were great, full force hot showers was the icing on the cake!

Lovely hotel catering well for families. We loved using the pool and kids room. Staff very helpful and friendly. This was an excellent base for visiting Paultons. Beds were comfy and room clean other than some small dirt around bath. The rest of the hotel was beautiful.

Have stayed here on a few visits with my son aged 11. He loves the food at the bar, especially breakfast. Great parking and great location. Few minutes from the airport.

Honestly, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure who called this place hotel. In my search, I filter that I need a hotel but it was even worse than a hostel. very dirty, old, rough area, no reception, no elevator, no facilities, bad mattress, dirty carpet, The noise of the restaurant and the smell of the cooking restaurant on the first floor bother me whole the night.
