We've this place a few times when leaving from or arriving to the Batumi airport. It's absolutely perfect for our needs - the owner is very kind, it's calm, and away from downtown, and the airport is less than a 5 minute drive.

The owners of this place are so friendly, the rooms are clean, with private bathrooms, bed is comfy, and the breakfast is so delicious. The lady baked for us authentic adjarian khachapuri for the first day, and she was so generous to 1 for every person. On the second day we had a nice variety of eggs, cheese, butter, jam, honey, and Khachapuri. I highly recommend this place

    Being very close to the border with Turkey, there is, unfortunately, TOO MUCH heavy truck traffic on the only highway along the beach. Be CAREFUL (walking) crossing the road to the beach! There are PLENTY of authentic Georgian restaurants serving great salads and cold beer!)))
