This lovely appartement was very helpful for us because our plane arrived very late at 2 am and we didn’t want to have to transfer to our hotel at that time. The appartement is only 5 minutes away from the airport, so this was a great solution. The safe locker to get the keys made everything better as we didn’t have to bother anybody at that time. The place is well furnished, nicely decorated and of course air conditioning in every room to support the summer heats. I can only recommend this place and insist on how pleasant and helpful the host was.

Nice place to stay, several minutes from the airport by foot so it’s a great option for couple or couple with one baby for a nice stay after late flight. The room was well equipped, clean and cosy. AC works perfectly, nearby there is a market where you can buy local products for a breakfast. Definitely recommend! 👌🇬🇷💙

In September I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I felt very comfortable from the very first moment. The accommodation is spotless clean, and the family is incredibly friendly and they always take time for you and even helped me with transport when needed. Still, I would recommend renting a car, as it makes exploring the island much easier. The places they suggested to visit were absolutely top. I can highly recommend this place and will gladly return at the first opportunity! Thank you very much! :)

Lovely modern stylish property - we stayed in the garden apartment and it was lovely. Simple but has everything you need. Very private and quiet. Host was lovely and stayed in touch to help us! Would really recommend for a younger couple for a quiet break and lovely weather. Balcony very private and nice touch with outdoor kitchen and seating.

Omg I literally cannot say enough about this amazing property!! We booked it for a quick overnight as it was near the airport and we arrived late. This apartment is super luxe for the price. There was absolutely nothing that wasn’t thought of or catered to. The apartment itself is well appointed and the amenities were FABULOUS!! If you need it rest assured this apartment has it. The little special touches made it super special. It’s not in a super touristy area but we had a vehicle. We were able to walk the little back streets to find a late night supermarket and some dinner. Cannot fault this accommodation at all - also LOVED the washing machine being g on site. We managed to catch up on much needed laundry and dry it on the balcony with the clothes airer provided.

Location and Transport

Rhodes International Airport is located on the west side of the island, around 9 miles (14 kilometres) from the city centre. A public bus route runs between the airport and the city, and journeys take around 35 minutes. A 24/7 metered taxi service runs from outside the main terminal building, and a typical journey takes between 20 and 30 minutes.

    Paradisi is a small Town / Village next to Rhodes Airport. It has a Town Square, a small Super Market, some shops and a couple of restaurants / bars a couple of Kiosks a Bakery Coffee shop and a couple of Pizza places in and around town. The Bar / Cafe / Restaurant we visited the most was the Airport View at one end of the runway. Good food / beer and of course a good view of the airports runway.

    Narrow streets, small houses, some abandonded houses, not clean at all. Safe in the night, the streets are well lit. The beach is mix of sand and pebbles, 20 minutes away. Good restaurants and shops in the center. Close to the airport and not far away from Rhodes city, reachable by public transport on 15-20 minutes interval.

    Several reasonable and super-lovely restaurants with English speaking staff, good supermarket and lovely bakery / ice cream shop. Easy to get around, quite traditional feel to it. Do need a car to see the island as the bus service is not great.

    Perfect for a short stay close to the airport.

    Perfect for a short stay close to the airport. A little tired, but I was told due for renovations. However, spotlessly clean and comfortable, amazing staff where nothing is too much for them. Delicious home cooked food. Airport transfers and a gorgeous, large swimming pool. Incredibly good value. I’ll definitely be back when next in Rhodes.

    Close to Rhodes town if you have a car.

    Close to Rhodes town if you have a car. But the city of Kremasti is not recommended for practically anything. Narrow roads and not much to do. Concrete village that reminds me of 1970s Greece, only the main Street exists to offer supermarket and coffee.

    Lovely small village with plenty of bars and restaurants, where you can get local food. Great bakery and Ice cream shop. 3 hotels in the village. Good access to local roads for Rhodes Town, Faliraki, and the beaches A car rental is recommended.

    My purpose for visiting Kremasti was to photograph the aircraft at the airport; Alexia Apartments was a brilliant location for this purpose. Visitors not interested in aircraft should be aware of the noise due to the constant stream of airliners passing low overhead.

    The house was great, everything was great, only transportation was very difficult, there were very few buses, they finished early, it was far from the center, and going there by taxi was very expensive, other than that the house was great.
