My card had stopped working for bank security reasons and the front desk gentlemen was so helpful in making sure i correct the situation. he was so patient. They also allowed me 3pm check out and there was already a bus at 2:30 to take me to airport. Also, they agreed to accept the Chinese Yuan i had as my bank card was not working.

Nestled on the banks of the South China Sea, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel offers spacious accommodations with direct access to AsiaWorld-Expo. After an unplanned flight delay, we had a very nice stay overnight. The hotel was perfect in any way, we used the free shuttle service for getting into and out of the city center. The breakfast was also very varied and high-quality.

This hotel is amazing value for money, excellent location, it’s peaceful even though quite busy with many people coming and going as it is close to the airport, about a 8 to 10 min drive. The room is so clean, bedding is high quality and very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower is simply amazing, excellent high quality pressure, shower head has adjustable settings to give you that wonderful feeling after a long day of sightseeing and to relax a tired body and refresh the mind. The body liquid soaps, shampoo ect are of quality and smell great, has a light floral fragrance. The check in staff special mention to Wing who checked me in and was very helpful and Adrian, both are stars and go above and beyond to help not just me but everyone they meet, they deserve a raise for their consistent hard work and extra efforts. They really look after you. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is an absolute pleasure and so convenient to get to the airport or to the nearby City Gate Mall. There is a 7/11 and Afew restaurants opposite the hotel as well as taxis and a bus stop so very convenient for a range of purposes. Also if you need to exchange USD, the hotel is able to do so for you. My room was on the 21st floor, with an excellent view of the harbour, just lying in bed watching the boats go by, planes take off and helicopters fly by us so serene and peaceful while sipping a lovely cup of coffee. The hotel has vending machines for a late night snack, water, pads ect but doesn’t accept cash so having an octopus card with you is essential. The hotel restaurant has improved quite a bit and now has more things on offer in its buffet which I was pleased to see. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times( Dec 2023, July 2024 and Dec 2024) same room and the same high quality customer service. It gives me peace of mind to book this hotel as I know it’s all going to be exactly as I know it to be, great quality and a happy comfortable stay.

Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodations a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport. Free shuttle running every 20mins to and from the airport. We love the view of our room and he hotel literally close to the shopping complex.

The Hotel consists of 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay

City Oasis Guest house is located at a small village in the outskirts of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It features free WiFi throughout the property. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY EVEN HELPED US WITH INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSPORTATION IN THE CITY, VERY DETAILED, HOW NICE THAT THEY TOOK THE TIME AND PATIENCE WITH FOREIGN PEOPLE, I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT. THE PLACE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL, WITH A LOT OF NATURE.
