It was a one night stay in this hotel, and was great. The location is good, next to the main road and 15 min. walk from the airport. A lot of streetfood near the hotel:) The equipment of the room is good (perfect shower, AC e.g.) the staff polite and kind. Everything was more than ok:)

If you are at all considering booking a hotel in Sorong - stop immediately. Baronda Guest House is most singly the best accommodation you will find in the town. For many reasons. It is very affordable. It is beautiful. The host is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is fab. The area is so local and beautiful and clean. It is close to the airport. There is a shopping centre just a short Grab away. But the absolute highlight was going to the jungle with Fajri for birdwatching. It was both a humbling and incredible experience. Staying in the local village, walking with the local guides (who knows every part of the jungle) and seeing amazing creatures. Fajri made such a special effort with my meal (and difficult dietary requirements). We hope we have made friends forever. Thank you Fajri and team for creating the most amazing memories and one of our trip highlights.

This is a perfect place to stay. It is quiet and with a ojeck it's easy to reach town in 15 minutes. There is a kitchen and washing machine you can use, which is a big bonus. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Off the main road a nice family home. I was welcomed with open arms. I had a room without Ac as per my request and the young doughter of the family was eager to run a little errant for me. She really enjoyed practicing her English with me.
