The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.

The filth; the crowd and the traffic is a nightmare when you visit Mumbai. One is surprised that there is no epidemic here. People live in marshy lands infested with mosquitoes. The authorities does not seem to be working.

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

The hotel is very easily accessible from the main terminal in BOM. Rooms don't have windows, but they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get a good few hour's sleep. There were 2 large bottles of drinking water in the room for guests.Nice bathroom, which could have had more amenities. The shower was OK, pressure was a bit low, and it could have been quite a bit hotter for me.
