Located in Matsuyama, 4.4 miles from Matsuyama Station, ホテルファンタジアリゾート 松山 -Adult Only- provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. We rented 701 and it was a true VIP experience. All the amenities you can imagine at a love hotel. Our suite had an outdoor bathtub, a sauna, and everything else was top notch and new. It really gets you into the mood....it's going to be really hard to beat this experience for us in the few more love hotels we are staying at in Shikoku. We booked this out of necessity as we had a late change of plans and all normal hotels were sold out or super expensive. We got VIP experience for a price of a cheap business hotel in Matsuyama.

Providing a terrace, Bakushuku Den Guest House Brew provides accommodations in Matsuyama. A really lovely place the stay. The hosts, Den and Nao, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is very good, with plenty of places to eat.

いわしの子守唄 Sardine Lullaby is a recently renovated guest house in Matsuyama near Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine. This guest house provides free private parking, bicycle parking, and free Wifi. The breakfast, as others have said, is very exceptional (seafood based so not vegetarian). I guess the host was a chef or something of the sort for 30 years. The facilities were clean, and there were no problems. It was a convenient location for us because there were fireworks nearby on the night of our stay.

Located in Mitsuhama, 1.3 miles from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine, 三津ミーツ provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Nice small well orgznized ryokan with tatami setup at the room. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with access to many nearby groceries like Lamu which operate 24hrs, and many other restaurants. Closer to the harbor seaside with short walking distance. The owner is really a nice lady which provided us lots of guidance to explore the nearby attraction places. Will certainly visit this place for a longer period in the near future!

Hotel Fine Garden Matsuyama is located in Matsuyama, within 2 miles of Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine and 2.5 miles of Matsuyama Station. The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The hotel provides lots of toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning.

Kominka Mitsuhama Ryokan is a recently renovated vacation home in Matsuyama where guests can make the most of the open-air bath and garden. If I could put 100 points, I would. This has been the most amazing property throughout 7 trips to Japan - you really feel that every corner and detail of ryokan is filled with love and such caring attention to details. The whole house is a meditative experience in itself where you could stay a week just exploring and enjoying it. Katsuhiro is a fantastic owner.

Offering a garden, 旧鈴木邸 女性専用 features accommodations in Matsuyama. This apartment offers free private parking, a shared kitchen, and free Wifi. The place was lovely. It was like stepping back in time. The host, Maiyu, and her husband were super friendly. They own a cafe downstairs where she serves very delicious traditional dessert. The town itself was lovely as well. It's traditional bedding (so futon on the floor) and even though there was no AC at night, the cross breeze from some of the open windows, as well as the fans, made the room surprisingly cool. No mosquitos either!

Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station, Hotel Aisul Matsuyama is a 10-minute tram ride from Matsuyama Castle. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport. Stayed in the hotel as part of a solo walking henro trip. Everything was good with this hotel stay- room ws fine, clean and comfortable. Location near the Matsyama JR station was convinient. As with other hotels had to wait till the checkin time so was able to leave my backpack and walk around the area. When I returned they have already moved my backpack to the room (nice).

Just a minute’s walk from JR Matsuyama Station, Terminal Hotel Matsuyama houses a restaurant and offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free bicycle rentals are provided. Staff, location and cleanliness were 100%! Couldn't ask for more, had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. Grateful for the discount to the super sento (bath) across the road too.
