The one who is assigned at the Night shift guy did a huge favor for us. Because my Husband a stomachache, I asked him to buy me a medicine. In order to get our request. He asked his good friend to buy it for us. 😊 because him is not available to do because he is on duty ofcourse. That was a huge favor. The Hospitality with all alliance of the Hotel staff did a good and efficient services they can offer.

The 2nd day is not fun at all. We waited for 45 minutes to served our breakfast when in fact they already been serving customers before us. Poor quality service. The housekeepers are so dishonest. I left my valuables when I checked out then after when I get back the housekeeper said she doesn't found anything in the room. I just thought they badly needed the money for them to be dishonest and take my valuables. NEVER TRUST the housekeepers or the staffs. The food is fine but the staffs CAN'T BE TRUSTED specially the housekeepers! It leaves a bad memory.
Best place for first-time Philippine scuba diving visitors. You have surprisingly good restaurants compare to other Philippine cities, safe, relatively more options for massage / walk-around. Stuff to do apart from scuba diving (you got nothing to do in many Philippine scuba diving areas) Couple excellent Korean restaurants. Island hopping is relatively disappointing.
Loboc River Cruise is the highlight as is the lookout over the Chocolate Hills (great place for photos). The Bohol Bee Farm & Hinagdanan Cave are must see places as is Bohollywood out in the countryside. The road was bumpy in parts of Tagbiliran but saw them laying down new tar. Visited in 2017 & can see the place is booming & only going to be more popular
It's less crowded place compared to other popular islands in the Philippines, that makes it more relaxing. Snorkling at napaling Reef was amazing. It's a must do. The mountainside tour is also recommended. ATV ride in the mud was the most enjoyable. We had a tour from panglao to oslob. It's almost 9 hours tour but mostly traveling. It's tiring and I would say it's not worth the 30mins swim with the whale shark. Panglao is very popular for diving. A lot of people come here to learn/ to do scuba dive. The reefs and the variety of sea life were amazing, we even saw sea turtles and sea snake. 😍
Bohol is an incredibly beautiful destination, and I would love to come back and explore more of what it has to offer. It's not just the stunning beaches — the hills, mountains, and natural scenery are equally breathtaking. Unfortunately, our stay was quite short, and the inclement weather limited our plans even more. We didn’t get to fully experience everything, but what we saw left a lasting impression. We’re definitely planning to return — there's so much more to discover in this amazing place.
I like the people of Panglao and the places. We feel at home away from real home.Feeling of confident walking in the roads and markets.Specially the beaches..My family love the Alona ambiance. And been to Moadto Strip which has a nice free beach. And for our transportation we always book for Romelle and Edzel recommended by Nilo the property manager.
