There are only two bungalows facing the beach and they are AMAZING!! We did not want to leave our hotel. Some of the other rooms looked nice too but faced the garden walkway. One bungalow faced a concrete wall. You get what you pay for. Loved this place so much.Guest review bynhan - 10.0
I love it here . Has everything and anything.
I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . The night markets are greatGuest review bydeniseNew Zealand - 10.0
Beautiful smallish beach Nice to
Beautiful smallish beach Nice to Walk to the end and to the cape fahn on separate private island - we went in the water was pretty clean little murky but probably was just the day and the fact that there are so many hotels on the islandGuest review bydeborahItaly - 10.0
The Fisherman's Village was fantastic.
The Fisherman's Village was fantastic. No car or scooter access at night made for lovely walks along the street, seeing the markets and bars and restaurants in relative peace. Plus none of the typical sleazy Thai bars/clubs.Guest review byChrisAustralia - 10.0
Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.
Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.Guest review byAlex PKazakhstan - 8.0

Very close to the airport, 10 min by car, perfect for the first few days on the island or the last few prior to departure. Next time i will stay the first 5 days here to get off the jetlag, and the last 2 day before heading out. the ferry to koh phangan is, depending on the hotel, in walking distance.Guest review bypeterunterkoflerAustria - 10.0

Stayed on the beach and didn't venture in to the town of Chaweng, or the high street, didn't need to. A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. Some hotels were adults only. It's been 10 years since I last visited and it's better than I remembered.Guest review byVictoriaCyprus - 10.0

I prefer to always stay on Bophut beach as I love the quietness and also at night the walking street is closed to cars so you can walk at your own leisure without having to worry about cars and bikes. The walking street is full of great restaurants to eat at with the most amazing food, even the food market is worth a visit with its entertainment and street food. Some of the restaurants we ate at were Bacaba, The Shack, Patuy restaurant, Nahm, 2 fishes, all amazing. We even hired a car and driver one day who drove us around the island.Guest review byJenAustralia - 4.0
I wouldn't go back.
I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh SamuiGuest review byCharlotteUnited Kingdom
