This modern hotel provides free 24-hour dedicated shuttle service to Los Angeles International Airport, just 3 minutes’ drive away. Guests can relax in the outdoor heated pool. 1. Free shuttle bus that runs every 15-20 minutes from and to the airport. 2. The shuttle bus driver dropped me off at my airline’s terminal, which saved me a huge amount of trouble trying to navigate through the airport carrying all my luggage. 3. The shuttle runs 24 hours (during my stay, but I would recommend double checking with the front desk) and did not require advance reservations nor scheduling.

It was great to have the shuttle to and from airport we picked it as we were heading to a cruise it was for 1 night and plenty of places for food around the area which the hotel had mapped out which was great.

Was a fun visit to Sofi to watch the Thursday night game. Sofi Tour was amazing and so was the stadium experience on game night. Didn't care for the food in there the Nachos weren't very good. I didn't finish them and I would've if they were better. Sofi outside vendors had a tasty hot dog wrapped in bacon I recommend them more than inside food. Short uber ride from Lyfe Hotel. Best restaurant we liked was Pann's for fried chicken and waffle. Getting around with Uber was easy. Took us longer than expected during morning traffic to get to Pann's.

I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

Homelessness and public drug use was a turnoff. Friendliness of cumstomer service was a pleasent and enjoyable part of our trip. Venice beach was a little disapointing, but the Uber drivers were very friendly and helpful. Not very many places to get a good meal in the area we stayed, but the 7-eleven had just about everythingwe needed to get by and the staff was very friendly.

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z

Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get a lot of easy fast food, Starbucks etc...but nothing special about the neighborhood. Big shops nearby. It is also only down the street from the 2 main venues there

Very comfortable hotel very close to the iconic Venice Beach. We had a King Room with great beach/city views. Nice airy room. Breakfast was self service but it had very good coffee and delicious yoghurt with granola, as well as pancakes and other tasty food. Valet parking not cheap, but the car park on the ground floor of the hotel was safe and hence no worries. Really quick to get onto the Promenade which goes for miles. Very clean everywhere. Also if you are travelling from LAX Airport this isn't far to travel.

The staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was plentiful (all you can eat). The rooms were clean, big and the hotel was quiet with comfy beds. They provided a free shuttle to LAX, we called them when we arrived at the airport and they picked us up within 10 minutes. There are shops and eateries within a few minutes walk and we even ventured out on a metro bus. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location by the beach and the iconic pier! Parking right in front of the hotel! Free coffee available at the reception! We stayed here for two nights after arriving in the USA for a 15-day trip – the location was excellent and also convenient from LAX airport. In the morning, we even met Arnold Schwarzenegger on his bike ride with his security team :) We would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Great location, a nice stroll to Venice Pier and a good (longer but equally nice) walk to Santa Monica Pier. Very close drive to LAX, which was a super great feature as it was our last hotel before leaving California. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel amenities, like the pool and play area. I loved the pop culture decoration.

Classic Best Western experience, the hotel is fairly close to LAX, parking was no problem, the room itself was clean and everything worked well, especially the TV was nice. Breakfast was good, though not a lot of choice available. Check in and check out was fast.
