An amazing start to my California vacation. Took me about 15 minutes to get from the terminal to my bed, which is the most important thing in an airport hotel. Gorgeous room, appreciated the pool which I had all to myself in the early morning. Everything went smoothly.

Bit above my usual budget but I thought I'd have bit of luxury for one night. Friendly welcome at reception Lovely big room, like the touches such as TV on with personal welcome message. Perfect bathroom, big bath, lots of hot water Great TV with lots of options Inc Netflix etc There is free shuttle from airport but it's quick walk too (I just got the Lax it free shuttle to Uber car park and crosses the road). Stored by luggage on final day and used shuttle to get to airport There is small bar/shop by reception although bar opened at 5pm, there are other hotels nearby that have more food options, subway and cheap cafe opposite etc

I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

Homelessness and public drug use was a turnoff. Friendliness of cumstomer service was a pleasent and enjoyable part of our trip. Venice beach was a little disapointing, but the Uber drivers were very friendly and helpful. Not very many places to get a good meal in the area we stayed, but the 7-eleven had just about everythingwe needed to get by and the staff was very friendly.

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get...
Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get a lot of easy fast food, Starbucks etc...but nothing special about the neighborhood. Big shops nearby. It is also only down the street from the 2 main venues there

I just was there overnight on my way to visit relatives elsewhere. I went to High School in Torrance so I'm quite familiar with Inglewood. There are many fun places to go and interesting things to do there.

Daily complementary breakfast treats in the lobby. Convenience free parking. Starbucks, 7 eleven and a few more stores in minutes walking distance. Clean tidy and well designed compound. Basice Coffee machine with complementary pods in the room. Overall, it was a nice value for money choice!

I really enjoyed how close to the airport this hotel is. I loved watching the planes take off and land at LAX from my hotel room window. It was beautiful and clean. The staff were excellent, from check in to the staff at the Daily Grill and then at the breakfast bar in the morning, it truly made for a wonderful stay.

Hotel was modern and clean. Located next door to Ralphs and Starbucks but it does have its own coffee shop. Only about 1 mile from LAX. Our room looked over the runways which I enjoyed. A very vibey hotel and the pool area looked nice although we didn't use it as the weather wasn't warm enough.
