To have fun, the prices are lower than the likes of Sandton but its also quite distant from those premium areas and the cost becomes equalized once you factor in things like uber/bolt. Southern Sun is an excellent computer hotel on the doorstep of OR Tambo airport. The rooms are comfortable and the shuttle service from and to the terminal is very good. The hotel has all the amenities business travellers require including a gym and pool. The bar and restaurant are also excellent. I liked that the place is in a quiet environment, and the privacy is top notch , however the place needs improvement on the cleanliness of the cupboards, spilled staff in the cupboards, check if there are leftover foods before other guests check in, I asked for the television to be updated but nothing was fixed until I checked out ,Guest review byKadzura - 6.0
