All-Inclusive Stays in Umm Al Quwain

From the day we checked in , everything was great and well organised. Especial thanks to Ms Rhea at the réception, Mr Mohit at the restaurant and the housekeeping team Ms Kathryn, Ms Arlyn and Ms Edlyn for arranging the birthday surprise for my mother. Food were great , Beds were comfortable, Room Sea View was a plus .Staffs were kind and make us feel at home ( Especially Ms Rhea ) . We will come back again soon Thank you again .

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

The staff is top notch, the kitchen, chefs and service are magicians. Fantastic dishes and I don't know where so many ideas come from that every day there's something new. Greetings to all, see you soon. Jacek Poland.

The Ultra all inklusiv was so Good There was 4 restaurant to go to. France/italien/asien/tyrkish, lunch and dinner. Very Good restaurant And drinks all day, and also to the dinner/lunch. We were here with 2 kids, and a lot to do at the hotel. Volleyball, waterpark, yoga, and a lot more.

The hospitality of the hotel is very warm and enterprising. It's was a pleasure to stay at Ramada Special thanks to Chef Mazen FAST SERVICE, DELICIOUS FOOD. Front reception staff member was very kind and helpful special thanks to Ms Emma. Overall, it was a very decent experience. Will recommend it to others. Will come back again

The beach is so nice without waves

Ultra inclusive package concept is too good, location & outstanding hospitality with good interior. Staff are so friendly specially one staff named "Joya" public relationship officer, her service is super we are impressed to handle the guest, She arrange a birthday cake for special occation and little bit late checked in and she gave us a lunch tocken for two against the appology of hospitality service.
