When we first arrived they said they upgraded us to higher category of room but we didn’t like the location so we told them that we would prefer to be near the pool and they gave us a room we initially booked. What a Lovely room, slightly smaller than the one they gave us for the first night but we love it and a spacious shower too! Staffs were all lovely and ready to help you! Location was perfect, just walking distance to kuta beach! We saw an amazing sunset on our first evening!

Welcoming drinks, snacks, and bracelets were things my kid loved! We love this hotel because of the safe location for families with kids and clean sheets, AC, and small swimming pools for kids. Lunch at the restaurant by the pool was tasty. The staff working at the noodle stands and the female staff who guided us to the seat at the restaurant were so kind, and their soups were great! The new facilities and access to the ocean and malls were amazing too. There are many restaurants in the mall next to the hotel.

Excellent service. Very cooperative. And Adel was really good. Fast learner and an amazing cook. He has been making breakfast as per need. There was lot of privacy. No one will enter unless they are allowed in advance.
