Amazing room , very comfortable accommodation spacious and super clean. Excellent tea and coffee facilities, Staff were super helpful to give advice and directions to the city and connecting tramways. Very direct tram to city….. no problems!!

It exceeded my expectation. I felt it is as luxury hotel. Everything were available. Wide sofa bed for the kids. Air conditioning. Great view. Restraunts. Surrounding facilities like McDonald's and a super market. Free underground garage. Super easy to access. Easy access to the room from the garage without going to the reception. Plenty of towels available. Safe and quite.

The location was excellent, right in the historical part of Strasbourg. The staff were very professional, helpful and spoke English. On the first night our towel warmer wasn't working, I reported it and they fixed it immediately. The room was spacious,clean and warm and the water pressure in the shower was great. Storage space was excellent. They serviced the room once in the week we were there, but they have a 'Comfort Room' on the first floor, so we had clean towels, bath mats, toilet paper and fresh sheets any time we needed them. There are various restaurants in the same street, while the trams are 3 mins walk away. However we were able to walk everywhere in the centre.

I stayed in a very nice, although a bit compact, apartment of the hotel hotel, which suited me fine, both in terms of self-catering facilities and location. The kitchen area was small, but well equipped (apart from an extractor hood , which might be needed for cooking for fear that otherwise a smoke alarm may be set off). There was also excellent parking in the court yard, at an additional cost of 15 euro per day. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and overall of good quality (good bedding).

I like everything in Aparthotel. It has a bath in restroom. I can buy some food from supermarket and cook some food in my room.

Brilliant location - ideal for easy access to the train station as we went to Colmar and Basel for the Christmas markets and having such a short walk made things a lot easier. Self-catering facilities in the studio were great - managed to provide everything we needed in a small space. Very short walk to Les Halles with a huge supermarket.
