My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this property in July and were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. A special thanks for arranging a parking spot for us — although the building doesn’t have its own parking, a space had been reserved for us at a nearby beach complex just across the road, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was clean, with fresh and tidy bed linen. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky to get a unit with a large balcony — definitely a pleasant bonus. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and a cozy pizzeria located right on the ground floor of the building. The host was always available and responsive to our questions. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!

The comfort for 4 persons. The location. Many restaurants nearby. Very quiet during the night. We stayed with 2 grandchildren 11 and 13 years. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely little attic room which easily fit four. Loved the space and not too far from Chur West station. McDonald’s and KFC right below was handy as was little shop.

Great location, wonderful balcon to the sea, which is romantic even for a rainy day. Private parking lot. Will definitely be our first choice when we travel to Chioggia again.
